Great experience! Long story short: They thought the furnace was fixed after changing out a part, but 10 minutes after they left, it quit again. I called, they came right back, fixed it again, and then refunded the charges from the first visit because the part they fixed wasn't the broken part after all. Then I got a text the next morning to check-in and make sure everything was still working. A+ customer service!

Kyle and JD came to our home today to do a duct cleaning! What a great job! Besides having a cleaner, easier to breathe in house, they were very personable a joy to work with.

I have had the most awesome service from Lion Home Services. They had somebody at my house the very next day when everyone else had a 3-4 day wait. Kyle came to our house and looked things over. He took the time to show and explain things to me. They helped me get financing and worked with me in a major way to get me what I needed for the financing that I had available to me. We have definitely found a new home service repair company we will be using from now on.

Just had Lion House service my ac following a fire at my home. They were recommended to me through one of the largest disaster recovery companies in the US. I can now see why they got that recommendation. They provided great service and gave me significant discounts on repair prices. They were aware of my loss from the fire and did some of the repairs at no cost. This is a great company and their employees are good communicators and ambassadors to their customers.

We just had our HVAC system replaced by Lion Home Services, could not be more happy and satisfied with them. From Andrea and Chris doing the initial service call, to Zak and Dante on the install, and finishing up with Jordan and Christine with the duct cleaning, outstanding, professional and friendly staff. The whole experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Feel like we now have a service team for our home.

We contacted Lions Home Service regarding the need for septic service. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and promptly arrive early in the morning. Liam was knowledgeable and friendly and it was refreshing to have such excellent customer service in today's environment. Andrea located our septic in a short amount of time and Mark installed our extensions for the stand out pipes. To have a company that was so friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and attentive to their customers is worth a lot in the world today. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs septic care.

Ask for Blake! He was a lot more experienced than I expected and did a great job with several problems with our furnace. Very good!

David was awesome. He communicated well and answered all my questions. Very personable guy. If felt comfortable having him in my home.

This was a sub contracted call however; Anthony the repair individual was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, making certain that he identified the problem to insure that moving forward there would be no further issues. Anthony was diligent in attending to the customers issue, listened and followed through until the job was completed.

Very pleasant and professional. Kind when I had to decline some services, performed the one I needed quickly and was good at explaining the process he'd use, the fix for the problem, etc. This problem was simple to diagnose and took very little time.

Handled everything for us in a VERY short time frame. Had a home closing we needed to get taken care of. They did the inspection and subsequent replacement of the septic system at our father estate quickly and in time to allow us to get it on the market quickly. Walked us through everything we needed to get done, marked out areas for the clear path to the location we need to clear for them and it was done before we knew it!

The job was completed quickly and efficiently by a highly skilled electrician (Logan Stagg). He was very professional and courteous and explained the job very well before and after doing the work.

Your service expert, Blake, installed a wall unit AC in June of 2020 and did a fantastic job of installation and had to follow up a few times to correct a noise which he did with precision. Now in June of 2021 the AC unit is not functioning properly and two of your employees, Lisa and Alexander, have gone above and beyond their roles as employees to help me obtain proof of purchase for the AC unit so the warranty company will take care of my problem.

Alexander especially has shown so much compassion and concern to help me and you have an outstanding individual working for you and would hope you realize how valuable he is to your company. To me, he is irreplaceable.

I sincerely thank anyone else who helped me in this matter too.

Jake Elliot, Is definitely the person I will always request for all my plumbing and heating issues. I had the pleasure of having Jake look in some main sewer pipe issues on October 7, 2019.

It took a while for me to figure out my finances for the jobs I want to be completed but he had me as a customer on day 1.

I had Jose out to complete my AC install and once again was impressed by his technical skills. He was very professional and diagnosed it and completed the install. I have worked in this industry before and know a good service expert when I see one. He even taught an old dog new things about the latest equipment.

Kyle at Lion Home Service was very prompt in coming out to the house to check on my hot water heater. He was efficient and professional. I needed a new hot water heater, and he gave me a good price. I would definitely work with this company again!

Lion Home Service was fantastic. I had called them due to another company pushing my service back and couldn’t tell me if they would make it the same day or next day. Being upset about the situation Katie in the office took care of me and Matt the tech that showed up couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. He was quick to do the job and didn’t even leave a mess to be cleaned up. Have to say that was nice. The rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Lion to anyone needing service. Five stars in my book!!!

Absolutely amazing and as professional as is possible. Drew went above and beyond in his effort to solve our water heater issues. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust any other company... 5 stars all the way!
