"A+ customer service!"

Great experience! Long story short: They thought the furnace was fixed after changing out a part, but 10 minutes after they left, it quit again. I called, they came right back, fixed it again, and then refunded the charges from the first visit because the part they fixed wasn't the broken part after all. Then I got a text the next morning to check-in and make sure everything was still working. A+ customer service!

I have had the most awesome service from Lion Home Services. They had somebody at my house the very next day when everyone else had a 3-4 day wait. Kyle came to our house and looked things over. He took the time to show and explain things to me. They helped me get financing and worked with me in a major way to get me what I needed for the financing that I had available to me. We have definitely found a new home service repair company we will be using from now on.

Just had Lion House service my ac following a fire at my home. They were recommended to me through one of the largest disaster recovery companies in the US. I can now see why they got that recommendation. They provided great service and gave me significant discounts on repair prices. They were aware of my loss from the fire and did some of the repairs at no cost. This is a great company and their employees are good communicators and ambassadors to their customers.

We just had our HVAC system replaced by Lion Home Services, could not be more happy and satisfied with them. Liam was knowledgeable and friendly and it was refreshing to have such excellent customer service in today's environment. Andrea located our septic in a short amount of time and Mark installed our extensions for the stand out pipes. To have a company that was so friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and attentive to their customers is worth a lot in the world today. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs septic care.

They did the inspection and subsequent replacement of the septic system at our father estate quickly and in time to allow us to get it on the market quickly. Walked us through everything we needed to get done, marked out areas for the clear path to the location we need to clear for them and it was done before we knew it!
