Do You Need Leak Detection Or Water Leak Repair?

Unfortunately, water leaks aren’t always easy to find or fix. So, to help make things a little easier, our plumbers compiled a list of the most common signs that point towards leaky pipes. That list is as follows:

  • You notice a spike in your monthly water bill.
  • There are damp spots on your lawn or in your yard.
  • You notice mold or mildew surrounding pipes in your house and property.
  • There is a visible leak.
  • Cracks develop in your foundation unexpectedly.

If you find yourself facing any of the previous problems, then don’t fret. Instead, contact us here at Lion Home Service to schedule professional leak detection and water leak repair.

More Information About Trenchless Water Line Repair And Replacement

The trenchless sewer repair process is relatively easy to understand. The process is as follows:

  • First, our plumbers dig small holes to gain access to the pipe
  • Next, a boring drill is run through the pipe to clear roots and clean the walls of the pipe
  • A cured in place pipe (CIPP) is soaked in resin and then inserted into the pipe
  • The liner is inflated and left to cure
  • Once the liner cures, you are left with a new sewer line inside your existing sewer line that will last for years.

To learn more about trenchless sewer repair and replacement, please give us a call. We’d be more than happy to help you out.

Fast And Reliable Traditional Water Line Installation And Replacement

If your property isn’t eligible for trenchless repair or replacement, don’t fret! Our expert plumbers also offer reliable, traditional water line replacement, repair, and installation services.

However, traditional water line installation and replacement services take much longer than trenchless variety services. Because of this, standard repair, replacement, and installation work can cost more. Therefore, our plumbing service experts will always suggest you go for the trenchless option whenever possible. It saves time and money and doesn’t require excavation of your yard and property.
