Covid – 19 Statement

Dear Valued Client,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it is impacting our community. We are now challenged with the continued evolution of this virus and how it’s impacting us all. For Lion Home Service, that means understanding how it affects our clients, team and community, then making the necessary adjustments to our work and daily operations.

Our core purpose of “To help all people live in greater safety & comfort” and our core value of “Safety first for our family and theirs”; has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our daily operations in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

We have ramped up cleaning at our office and are adding hand sanitizer at the front entrance and installing it on all of our trucks. Sanitizing wipes are throughout the office so that our employees can use them at will. Our service experts have increased their efforts of wiping down their workspaces as well as tools to help prevent any transmission from locations.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or have family members returning from an area of the world identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk. Per CDC recommendations, we will ask employees who have traveled to such locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14 days.

A strict travel policy for our employees is in place, and we have canceled meetings with large gatherings, again to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness. Our employees and our clients are our greatest assets. We value them, and we want to protect them and reduce as much risk to everyone as possible.  We will continue to change and evolve our practices as updates are recommended by the CDC.

If you don’t feel well, or any of your family members are displaying flu or cold symptoms, we ask that you self-monitor and reschedule any elective visits that may not be an emergency. Simply call 970-399-9940. Of course, Lion Home Service is always here for all of your home service emergency needs, and we will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.

Sincerely,

Barton J. Palmer
